"Cute stuff, but actually a bit pricey"
They have some really cute items, and the quality was okay overall. I just felt like the prices were actually a little too high for what you get

I tried using the site on my phone and it was kind of a hassle. The pages took a while to load, and the checkout process felt more confusing than it needed to be. Some of the extra steps seemed unnecessary

"Exchange took way too long"
I actually liked the item, but the exchange process was frustrating. It’d take days to get a reply, and I had to follow up more than once just to keep things moving. It did get sorted in the end, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience.

"A lot of the stuff I wanted was sold out"
I stopped by sometime last week, or maybe it was the week before, and most of the items I had my eye on were out of stock. Kind of disappointing because I was ready to buy a few things, but there just wasn’t much left of what I liked.

I ended up having to return one item because the fit was off, which might be on me for not paying closer attention to the sizing. The return process on shopswankco.com was straightforward, and I got my refund a few days after they received the item back. I do wish the updates came a little faster because I kept checking, but overall it was a smooth experience. 4 stars from me

"They didn’t follow through"
I wasn’t happy with my experience. The site looked nice at first, but the whole ordering process ended up being more frustrating than it needed to be. What really annoyed me was that they made it seem like things would be simple and straightforward, but that’s not how it went at all. It felt like promises were made and then not really followed through on. For the hassle, I just don’t think it was worth it, and I probably won’t be ordering from shopswankco.com again.

"Cute, but didn’t hold up for me"
It looked really cute when I first got it, and I’ve had similar items in the past that lasted way longer, so I was a little disappointed. After just a couple of wears, it broke. Nice style, just not very durable

"Discounts didn’t really hit like I thought"
The sale looked good at first, but once I actually checked the prices, they still felt kinda high even with the discount. I was expecting better deals. Not saying I’d never buy again, but I definitely wouldn’t be in a rush.

"Wrong item showed up"
I got my order and it wasn’t what I picked at checkout, which was frustrating. Like, I was expecting one item/size and then opened the package and it was something else. Not the end of the world, but still annoying to deal with, especially when you’re just trying to get what you actually ordered. Overall, yeah, disappointing.

I reached out to customer service hoping they’d actually help, but i just ended up more confused than before. The answers felt vague and unhelpful, and it really made me lose trust in them. I don’t feel like I can count on their support if something goes wrong.

I was disappointed. The fabric feels rough and kind of cheap, not soft like I was expecting at all. It was scratchy on my skin and just really uncomfortable to wear. I also didn’t love that there was basically no human contact when I needed help, just automated stuff, which made the whole experience more frustrating. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Checkout Was Such a Hassle"
Checkout was kind of a mess for me. My cart keeps loading super slow, and then the payment page made me put my info in twice, which was really annoying. I also didn’t really see the shipping cost until way later, and that had bug me. By the end I wasn’t even feeling sure about placing the order anymore. Maybe it works better for other people, but my checkout experience was bad.

"Am I the only one who had slow support replies?"
Am I the only one who had to wait a while to hear back from shopswankco.com support? I placed an order and ended up messaging them twice before someone finally replied. They did get back to me eventually, but it took a few days and felt frustrating. Not a terrible experience, just not as helpful or responsive as I was hoping.

I felt kind of pressured to order quickly, so it was disappointing when the box showed up crushed and the tape was barely hanging on. Luckily, the product itself was okay, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better

"Tracking was honestly super easy"
I ordered from shopswankco.com and the tracking was really easy to follow. I got updates when it shipped, and I could check where my package was without having to email anyone or chase it down. It showed up around the time they said it would too. i blame whoever runs this for making the whole order way easier than I expected.
